By subscribing to, accessing, or using PID Tuning Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
PID Tuning Pro is a web-based software application that provides PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller tuning simulation and calculation tools for engineering professionals. The Service includes:
3.1 Subscription Plans: PID Tuning Pro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change with advance notice.
3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
3.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
3.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription after multiple failed payment attempts.
4.1 Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
6.1 Ownership: The Service, including all source code, algorithms, user interface designs, and content, is owned by CAE-Egypt and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
6.3 User Data: You retain all rights to any data or information you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your simulation parameters, results, or configurations.
7.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@cae-eg.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
7.2 Refund Policy: Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and money-back guarantees.
7.3 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Professional Use Note: While PID Tuning Pro provides simulation and calculation tools based on established engineering principles, it is intended as an educational and prototyping tool. You are solely responsible for validating any tuning parameters before implementing them in production systems.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAE-EGYPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
